All orders from LennyRandle.com & LennyRandleSportsTours.com are processed through Rainbow Flair.  Rainbow Flair is simply a processing agent, and not responsible for products or events.  The transaction on your Credit Card or Debit Statement for any item purchased on these sites will read "Rainbow Flair"

Product Returns
LennyRandleSportsTours.com will issue replacements or refunds for any damaged items shipped if notified within 10 business days of shipment.  DO NOT return any item without contacting us first.  Items which are returned without contact will not be refunded or exchanged.

Event Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date, time and location. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, generally prohibit LennyRandleSportsTours.com or Rainbow Flair from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact LennyRandleSportsTours.com or Rainbow Flair to seek a refund or exchange from LennyRandleSportsTours.com or Rainbow Flair when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site.

Cancelled/Postponed Events
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information at LennyRandleSportsTours.com or contact us. If you purchase a ticket through LennyRandleSportsTours.com, and a refund is issued, then Rainbow Flair will refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket and the holder of the ticket will not be able to physically present it for a refund.
